A New Worktop for My Kitchen
I have recently moved into a new house and decided to replace a lot of the fittings. I particularly wanted a nice kitchen and was determined to replace the old and worn wooden worktops with some more modern laminate worktops. I did some research on-line and found that there is a huge range of choice and it was very difficult to decide what type of worktop to have. In terms of cost, the prices seemed to vary quite significantly from the cheapest at only $50 up to much more expensive models at $250 and more. These worktops are available in standard sizes but can also be ordered on a made to measure basis so that you can get exactly the size to fit your particular kitchen. In the end I opted for a worktop with a wood effect finish as this gives a warm feeling to the kitchen but without the problems of maintaining a wooden surface. Cleaning the worktops is just a case of a quick wipe with a damp cloth.
